Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Kalamazoo College with a minor in education and the Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania, in accounting and information systems (operations research, decision sciences). Mr. Jones is an alumnus of the University of Sierra Leone, Freetown Campus.

Mr. Jones, President of Data Spectrum, Inc., is a Director of Computer Network Engineering and Distance Learning Programs and Executive Director, Allied Trades & Building Conservation Crafts Association. Mr. Jones has over twenty-five (25), years experience in the design and implementation of systems for both commercial and non-profit organizations, and audits of electronic data processing systems. His experience includes extensive work in software programming for non-profit as well as commercial organization system applications. Mr. Jones’ experiences include developing operational procedures for alternative education and school programs.
