Dr. Daniel R. Abbasi founded GameChange Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm that provides startup and growth capital to companies offering profitable and scalable solutions for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and using natural resources more efficiently. Dan’s work as an investor and business operator helping to drive the transition to a low-carbon economy is informed by his experience in other business sectors such as media and software, and by his professional network in government, academia and and the non-profit world on the same themes of carbon and resource efficiency. Dan earned a B.A. from Harvard College, magna cum laude; an M.A. and Ph.D. from Stanford University; and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
