Keith Wipke has been the Laboratory Program Manager for the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Technologies program at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since 2012. The program covers all aspects of hydrogen and fuel cells—from hydrogen production with renewables to end-use application of fuel cells.Prior to this role, Mr. Wipke worked for 20 years in the area of advanced vehicles. For 9 years, he led NREL’s participation in the Controlled Hydrogen Fleet and Infrastructure Demonstration and Validation Project (aka the Learning Demo). This activity was later expanded under NREL’s Technology Validation activity to evaluate fuel cell technology in multiple applications, including cars, buses, forklifts, backup power, and stationary power. He also led the Hydrogen Analysis Group, which includes hydrogen infrastructure analysis and technology validation staff. He is NREL’s representative at the California Fuel Cell Partnership, sits on the Board of Directors of the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA), and is on the Advisory Board for the Colorado Hydrogen Coalition.

Tae-Hyun Yang is the Director of the Hydrogen Energy Research Division at Korea Institute of Energy Research. Previously, he served as the Program Director of Hydrogen Fuel Cell at the Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning.
