With 16 years of experience in environmental policy and finance, Ms. Chandra founded Thula Capital and AQEX to develop innovative financial mechanisms for the water, waste, energy nexus. Prior to starting AQEX/Thula, Ms. Chandra worked for the World Bank, Canary Strategies, and Project Performance Corporation. Ms. Chandra has also been a Visiting Lecturer at Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School of International and Public Affairs and University of California, Irvine, as well as a speaker at numerous conferences.
