Summary of Past Experience (up to 2 positions):
Consultant. Lead researcher and consultant on Sonoma County Renewable-based Energy Secure Communities (RESCO) grant from California Energy Commission. Developed analytics to identify areas suitable for microgrid and district energy development, based on energy use data.

Prior to this position was Technical Director for a non-profit focused on developing community scale greenhouse gas emissions reduction strategies in the energy, transportation, solid waste and water/wastewater sectors.
