Thomas Crooks has 35 years experience working with state commissions, electric generation and distribution utilities, transmission system operators, local governments and large end-users located throughout the United States and Canada. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of the technical, financial and programmatic approaches to energy-efficiency and direct load control. Mr. Crooks’ experience includes developing and applying computer based models that forecast the technical, economic and program achievable energy efficiency potential across diverse geographies and climates. He planned, implemented and evaluated energy efficiency programs for utilities in 25 states addressing a broad range of utilities, programs and target markets.
