Areas of Expertise:

Ivy Wheeler supports the NARUC / U.S. Department of Energy Clean Coal Technology & Carbon Capture & Storage Partnership and supports the CCS Subcommittee in site visits and meetings. She also manages the capacity assistance projects of the States Electricity Regulators Capacity Assistance and Training (SERCAT) programs at NARUC. She also manages the NARUC / U.S. Department of Energy Nuclear Partnership, organizing and implementing site visits and member meetings. Additionally she supports the National Council on Electricity Policy and acts as a liaison between NARUC and the other members . She also serves as a resource to members on Federal agency activities and Recovery Act funding, manages Federal grant-funded activities including member travel support, grants reporting, and meeting logistics. She has a bachelors of science from the Southern Oregon University.
