Douglas J. Gotham has been the Director of the State Utility Forecasting Group at Purdue University since July 2005. He has worked for the group in various capacities since arriving at Purdue University in 1992, initially as a graduate research assistant before becoming a full-time research analyst in 1994. He has served on the Eastern Interconnection States’ Planning Council (EISPC) and the Organization of PJM States (OPSI) Independent States’ Agencies Committee (ISAC). He has a BSEE from Michigan Technological University and MSEE and PhD from Purdue University.
