Mandy Gunasekara serves as Legislative Counsel for Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH). Mandy’s primary responsibility is to develop the Congressman’s legislative agenda on issues related to energy, environment and trade, as well as agriculture, immigration, labor, and manufacturing. She prepares the Congressman for Energy & Commerce Subcommittee on Energy & Power hearings, mark-ups and forums, while also overseeing his Subcommittee on Environment & Economy portfolio. Mandy also manages outreach initiatives with advocacy groups, trade associations and constituents relative to her issue responsibility.
