Kevin is a technology and energy policy consultant with two decades of experience in government and the private sector. Most recently, Kevin was the Assistant Director for Energy R&D at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), where he served for 11 years under President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama. His portfolio at OSTP included clean power generation, advanced transportation, unconventional oil and gas, energy efficiency, and renewable energy technologies. Prior to the White House, Kevin worked at General Motors on heavy-duty hybrid vehicles. Kevin holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from MIT and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech.
