Brent's experience in regulatory policy, executive branch matters, and national political campaigns includes previous positions with the Office of Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin J. Martin, White House Office of Counsel to the President, and the Bush for President 2000 campaign. Brent is a licensed member of the State Bar of Texas and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
