Bruce Bailey is the founder and CEO of AWS Truepower, a leading clean energy technical consultancy headquartered in Albany, NY with international offices in Spain, India, Brazil, Mexico and Canada. Bruce has worked in the renewable energy industry for nearly 40 years and holds degrees in Meteorology and Engineering Management. He got his start in renewables when working as an atmospheric research scientist at SUNY Albany from the mid-70’s to mid-80’s. His firm has consulted on over 100 GW of prospective and operating wind and solar projects, specializing in the areas of siting, resource and energy assessments, performance engineering, due diligence, and short-term forecasting. Dr. Bailey is a frequent speaker and has chaired several industry committees and conferences.
