Joe joined the staff in December 2013. After working as the Staff and Press Assistant and subsequently as the Press Secretary and Policy Assistant, Joe joined the Energy Subcommittee as a Professional Staff Member. Before coming to the Committee, Joe worked for Battelle’s Washington Office conducting policy and legislative research. Joe graduated from The Ohio State University in 2012 with two degrees, Political Science (B.A.) and Public Affairs (B.A.).
