Jackie manages the marketing program for Urban Ingenuity, focusing on scoping and managing PACE projects, providing training for service providers, and executing UI’s communications and outreach campaign. She also serves as Executive Director of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, a DC-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting young energy professionals in DC. Jackie has previously worked as an outreach coordinator with the Union of Concerned Scientists, a special assistant for energy policy at the Center for American Program, and a program coordinator for a community development organization in Ecuador. She holds a BS in Resource Economics and Sustainable Development from the University of Delaware.
