Born in Boston and raised in Shelburne, Vermont, Chad is a senior at the University of Pennsylvania, where he will graduate in May of 2016 with a major in Modern Middle Eastern Studies and a minor in Computer Science. As OEP's intern, he helps manage the organization's social media presence, keeps the events calendar and resource library up-to-date, and works on special projects. Chad is passionate about both foreign and domestic policymaking and is excited to broaden his exposure to energy issues through working with OEP. In college, he completed Penn's Washington, DC Semester program and studied abroad in Amman, Jordan. He has interned or done research for the Wharton School's Department of Finance, CB Communications, The Brookings Institution, The Foreign Policy Research Institute, and the U.S. Department of State.
