Juliette Apicella currently serves as the Southface Program Manager supporting the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge (ABBC). Led by the City of Atlanta, the ABBC has the highest participation in the federal Better Building Challenge with over 100 million square feet of commercial properties committed to reduce energy and water use by 20 percent by 2020.

She leads Southface’s work in providing technical support to ABBC program participants and program data management, analysis and evaluation services. Juliette has over 27 years of experience in the energy efficiency, commercial green building and design industries. Prior to joining Southface in 2011, Juliette developed marketing and outreach campaigns for energy efficiency programs and managed commercial design projects in low- and high-rise buildings working with national corporate clients through-out the United States.

Juliette is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in Interior Architecture. She is a LEED accredited professional and serves as vice-chair on the City of Decatur, Environmental Sustainability Board.
