Currently a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, working with the Department of Navy to electrify their non-tactical fleet vehicles as well as explore emerging transportation technologies such as; telematics, EVSE cyber security and autonomous vehicles. My work at Booz Allen has included legislative research for the COO of the EPA, cost analysis for the Office of the Administrator and facilitation of Kaizen events(Lean Six Sigma) with EPA's Brownfields and State Implementation Plan (SIP) teams. Prior to Booz Allen Hamilton, I was a Congressional Staffer with the Office of Congressman Jim Costa. Performing legislative research, drafting speeches and managing the Congressman's schedule and requests. Before my work on Capitol Hill, I was an Air Pollution Control Specialist at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. Working in the Grants and Incentives, and the Permits/Technical Services departments, I developed/managed the Air District's Charge UP! Electric Vehicle Charging Station incentive program in addition to performing health risk assessments, GHG calculations, toxics inventories and numerous other environmental mitigation tasks.
