Gideon Gradman is an energy executive and advisor on matters of energy, environmental, and industrial development. With over 16 years of experience in business development, government affairs, and industrial real estate development in the energy & chemicals, electric power, and waste management sectors, Mr. Gradman has served as both a company executive and as an advisor to multinational energy and chemicals companies.rn rnrnMr. Gradman leads Integrated Energy Advisors, where he advises select clients on corporate strategy, industrial real estate acquisitions and divestitures, and energy project development with a particular focus on oil and natural gas-related industries and renewable power. His focus area of expertise is site selection, development, re-development, and expansion of energy and chemicals facilities, terminals, and ports. Recent projects include the development of a new NGL terminal in Texas, the re-development and expansion of an existing crude oil rail and marine terminal in the Northeast, and the site acquisition and feedstock strategy for a new chemicals facility in the Marcellus Shale region of Pennsylvania. He also advises cities and regional government agencies on economic development strategies to boost local business expansion and foreign direct investment opportunities.rnrnMr. Gradman is also active in the community. In 2006, he was appointed to serve as a Public Member on the Massachusetts Energy Facility Siting Board, the state-wide authority charged with licensing the construction of major energy infrastructure in the state, including large power plants, electric transmission lines, natural gas pipelines and natural gas storage facilities. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Gold Standard Foundation USA, and is an active member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and of the Industrial Asset Management Council.
