International expert in nuclear fuel cycle and technology with experience in uranium and thorium fuel cycles. Previously worked with the International Atomic Energy Agency and currently with United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. Adviser and consultant for technical cooperation and coordinated research projects in over 50 countries including on thorium fuel cycles in India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Argentina. Co-authored the chapter on "Thorium as a nuclear fuel" in the book "Uranium for Nuclear Power (2016) Elsevier.
