Kenneth A. Reich has a distinguished career that has spanned both the government and the private sector. He served at the United States Department of Justice Environmental Enforcement Section as a trial attorney and Assistant Section Chief and in leading national law firms. He is a member of the bars in Maryland, Massachusetts, Washington, D.C. and Montana. Kenneth A. Reich was a partner at the national law firm, Wolfblock, where he co-chaired its Environmental and Land Use Practice and was a principal member of its Energy Group. Kenneth A. Reich has handled significant matters on behalf of the federal government (DOJ/EPA) as well as in the private sector (Fortune 100 companies) and on behalf of institutional and public entities, including rural electric cooperatives. Because of his extensive experience in dealing with federal government agencies’on the inside and out’Kenneth A.
