The report discusses the technology status for each fuel, the types of vehicles available, the stakeholders’ projections of petroleum displacement, the major market barriers for each fuel, and the steps that the stakeholders noted as important for meeting their market projections.  This report only minimally discusses fuel costs, and defers to the costs and benefits analysis report of the 2005 Energy Report.
