González brings a body of experience effecting policy and electing principled lawmakers at the federal, state, and local levels. He has worked on behalf of numerous political organizations to further an agenda of economic freedom, individual responsibility, and liberty, most recently through his service as a member of The Constitutionalist Foundation, Inc’s Board of Directors.
Trained in geosciences, he joined the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) team to manage the energy project’s campaign to end subsidies that corrupt the energy market and result in less-desirable environmental outcomes. Additionally, he serves as a policy analyst for the project, offering criticism and new research that meets the highest standards of academic output, in line with TPPF’s values.
Cutter earned his Bachelor of Science in Geography degree with minors in psychology and public administration from Texas State University in 2017.
