CH4 Connections: The Methane Emissions Conference

GTI Energy and Colorado State University Energy Institute are proud to host the 12th annual CH4 Connections conference October 8-9, 2025 in Fort Collins, Colorado.

For 12 years, the conference has promoted the open exchange of ideas from leading thought leaders, academic researchers, industry experts, regulators, policymakers, and environmental advocates. Speakers will address current research on methane emissions, technologies to detect and mitigate emissions, policy and regulatory frameworks, and business implications and opportunities.

For the second consecutive year, CH4 Connections 2024 broke attendance and sponsorship/exhibitorship records. With almost 400 attendees, 12 countries from around the world were represented. The conference focused on how to effectively decarbonize our energy systems and the role of methane emission mitigation in these efforts.
