During this fireside chat we will start with the basics of environmental justice and then representatives from the Department of Energy, and the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee will share policy updates and what is to come.

But what specifically does it mean, and what steps are Congress and the Administration taking to advance these principles? In this fire-side chat, Moderator Arielle King with the Environmental Law Institute will sit down (virtually) with representatives from the Department of Energy, and the U.S. Senate’s Environment and Public Works Committee to hear about ongoing work in the energy justice and environmental justice spaces.
