The Equitable Access and Consumer Protections convening will explore challenges and best practices for ensuring access to both rooftop and community solar with strong consumer protections for all households and especially low-income households. The discussion may explore contract terms that support strong consumer protections for low-income households, availability of financial products to support installation/participation among all households, and inclusive outreach.
