Impacts of Non-Residential Solar on Residential Adoption Decisions

Please join us for a free webinar summarizing key findings from Berkeley Lab’s recently published study, “Impacts of non-residential solar on residential adoption decisions.” The study builds on other research on social influence in solar adoption by exploring how influence works across customer segments. The study finds that residential solar adoption decisions are influenced by solar systems installed on commercial buildings, governmental buildings, schools, and houses of worship. Berkeley Lab will present these results along with panelists from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and RE-volv, a non-profit that helps other non-profits go solar. The panel will discuss how non-residential solar installations can help drive broader solar deployment. We appreciate the funding support of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Solar Energy Technologies Office.
