The next few decades will welcome global energy transformations; there will be a major shift from fossil fuel dependence to primarily renewable sources like solar and wind. Driven by the need to avert the catastrophic consequences of the climate crisis and the depletion of easily accessible oil, coal, and natural gas, this transformation will result in a major shift in how we live.
