The report explores strategies to accelerate deployment of twenty commercially available but underutilized advanced grid solutions, which can enhance grid capacity while improving reliability, resilience, and affordability. These low-cost, quick-to-deploy solutions can help address near-term grid needs and serve as a bridge while new grid infrastructure is built out over time.

Through the Innovative Grid Deployment Liftoff report, the DOE aims to align public and private sector grid stakeholders via a shared fact base to inform both public and private sector investments, including upcoming DOE funding opportunities.
