Raising Our Standards: New Credentials that Solar Companies and Professionals Can Pursue to Win More Business
Today there are millions of solar customers, creating a surge in demand for residential solar in every corner of the country. As new businesses join the industry and established companies grow their ranks, the U.S. solar and storage industry must evolve and ensure all companies and solar salespeople have the skills they need to improve transparency during solar transactions, satisfy customer needs, and win more business. This webinar will provide an update on the Solar Energy Industries Association’s new company-level certification and training certificate for solar salespeople on best practices for engaging solar customers. The webinar will also introduce a new platform called Recheck that solar and storage companies can use to log and track company certifications and other credentials for solar salespeople, helping to add more transparency and accountability to solar sales.
