RISE PA: Decreasing Industrial Pollution for Pennsylvania Families

On behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Louie Krak is leading Reducing Industrial Sector Emissions in Pennsylvania (RISE PA) Program, which is a $396 million industrial decarbonization grant program funded through the Environmental Protection Agency’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grants.

Moms Clean Air Force’s Vanessa Lynch will sit down with Louie to discuss what this funding means for the health Pennsylvania families, especially for those living in closest proximity to pollution sources and with higher exposure to the impacts of climate change. They’ll also discuss what the federal funding freezes mean for RISE PA.
