Workforce Summit
The U.S. offshore wind industry requires a skilled and resilient workforce that is well-trained, certified, and ready to answer the call of developers, manufacturers, government, and others. Addressing this pressing need requires collaboration, partnership, and thoughtful planning by multiple stakeholders. At 2025 IPF, key groups will convene for the annual U.S. Offshore Wind Workforce Summit, hosted by Oceantic Network.
This participatory gathering of workforce development leaders, industry experts, government officials, and others will engage on topics such as training needs, current and future programs, research activities, and understanding regional and national workforce issues. Speakers will share success stories, advice for reaching underserved communities, and what skills the offshore wind worker of the future will require.
