Caldwell Bailey

Mr. Bailey has extensive experience consulting for international energy firms on business strategy, market intelligence, and public policy issues. Currently, he is a Senior Consultant with PacWest Consulting Partners in Houston, Texas where he consults on the development of unconventional resources around the world, most recently in Australia, Mexico and the Persian Gulf. Previously, Mr. Bailey worked in Washington, D.C. where he tracked the development of US hydraulic fracturing regulation at both the national and state levels. Prior to this he provided research support to the Brookings Institution's Energy Security Initiative.

Mr. Bailey holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MA in International Affairs and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
