Patrick Falwell is a Solutions Fellow at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES). Mr. Falwell analyzes clean energy and climate change policy at the state and federal level. He also monitors nationwide clean energy market developments and identifies opportunities to support clean energy growth.

Mr. Falwell previously worked as a research analyst for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the Consumer Price Index (CPI), where he conducted analysis of consumer expenditure behavior and national inflation data.

Mr. Falwell holds a Master of Arts in international economics and energy, resources, and the environment from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
