The electric vehicle market continues to grow and mature, with record US EV sales before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Utilities have embarked on major campaigns to identify households that have electric vehicles and market special programs to them that provide incentives, including special rate plans, for charging electric vehicles during off-peak periods. This session addresses the adoption and drivers for EV in 2021, as well as the role of storage in helping to manage the grid.
