Description (excerpt):

Cadmus supported the City of San Antonio in a major new study on electric vehicle fleet conversion and city-wide electric vehicle infrastructure. The study The Electric Vehicle Fleet Conversion and City-Wide Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Study assesses the barriers and opportunities to greater electric vehicle (EV) adoption in San Antonio. The objectives of this study are to promote a common understanding of EVs in San Antonio, provide near-term strategies for accelerating EV adoption, describe a plan for the electrification of the municipal fleet, and ensure that the benefits and costs of EVs are shared equally across residents of San Antonio.

Project Manager, Dr. Geoff Morrison, said that “San Antonio is in the early stages of transportation electrification. The most exciting part of this project was the ability to help shape the discussion on EVs for years to come.” Cadmus a leader in supporting jurisdictions in electric vehicle readiness with customized tools, industry-leading expert knowledge, and broad experience across the globe.
