Description (excerpt):

Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) analysis finds that tripling global installed nuclear capacity provides a clear and realistic path to reach net zero by 2050. The world is not on track to meet this target, with under-investment in the energy transition creating significant barriers to reaching net zero. Climate finance, including from multilateral development banks, must be scaled up and opened to nuclear energy to maintain hope of limiting global warming to 1.5°C.
